Tungsten, atomic no.: 74, ?symbol as W, weight at 183.84,? pure tungsten is a steel-gray to tin-white metal. Tungsten has the highest melting point and lowest vapour pressure of all metals, and at temperatures over 1650°C has the highest tensile strength. The metal oxidises in air and must be protected at elevated temperatures. It has excellent corrosion resistance and is attacked only slightly by most mineral acids.

Standard Specifications
Ammonium Paratungstate is produced separating tungsten from its ore. Once the Ammonium Paratungstate is prepared, it is heated to its decomposition temperature, 600 °C. Left over is WO3, tungsten oxide. From there, the oxide is heated in an atmosphere of hydrogen, reducing the tungsten to elemental powder, leaving behind water vapor. From there, the tungsten powder can be fused into any number of things, from wire to bars to other shapes.
Remarks1: APT-0 is high purity matetial for special uses.
Remarks2: Material of 40-46micron is mainly used for producing tungsten bar for drawing wire.
Remarks3: Any partiqular reprirement to the products can be discussed.
Blue Tungsten Oxide is the material used for reducting tungsten powder, applied for manufacturing doped tungsten powder, tungsten bar, tungsten rod, tungsten wire and tungsten alloy etc.

Tungsten Trioxide is used for many purposes in everyday life. It is frequently used in industry to manufacture tungstates for x-ray screen phosphors and also for fireproofing fabrics. Due to its rich yellow color, WO3 is also used as a pigment in ceramics and paints.
In recent years, tungsten trioxide has been employed in the production of electrochromic windows, or smart windows. These windows are electrically switchable glass that change light transmission properties with an applied voltage[5]. This allows the user to tint their windows, changing the amount of heat or light passing through.
